I have multiple certifications and specialize in sports conditioning, strength conditioning, sports nutrition, mind-body fitness, integrated flexibility, mental toughness, plant based sports nutrition, sunrise yoga, circuits, life coaching, exercise as anxiety prevention, YoChi, and bodybuilding.
